Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customer may cancel a contract and return any delivered product to for any reason, within 10 days of delivery.

The product must be returned to Benci Brothers in its original condition, meaning undamaged, clean and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to subtract 15% of the price of the article for any product that does not suit this criteria.

**Make sure you have included the delivery bill inside the parcel

Once Customer has notified Benci Brothers about the wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to Benci Brothers will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receiving the ordered item(s) back in our warehouse.
